This is the introduction to a trial, updated affiliation checker (23rd may 2011) for your use. If you find it useful but could do more please let us know and we will try to improve it? We cannot promise anything but will attempt any suggested changes.

 

G.N.A.S. (ArcheryGB) have changed the way that fees are collected. Formerly all fees were collected from the club and routed to G.N.A.S. via club, county and region. This no longer applies. Also the fee to G.N.A.S. has been divided into four proportionate, three monthly segments and payable directly to them. County and Region, however, where total fees per member is considerably lower, have not made any adjustment. Thus fees to County or Region are payed in full whenever the payment is made.

 

This affiliation checker can be used as a tool to calculate the fees payable at any time within the year.

 

Where are the fees to be paid?

IDEALLY the G.N.A.S. fee must go directly to the office in Lilleshall.

County and Regional fees SHOULD go to the individual Treasurer.

For D.N.A.A. it would be me, for the Region it should be the current N.C.A.S. Treasurer. However, If you wish, and find it easier, please send both County and Region to me and I shall pass on the Regional fee. In this case please include only one cheque for the total amount payable.

 

How can this tool help?

The tool will appear as a new browser tab. It will appear initially as a table, waiting for input. The table will show the current payment values for fees for most club types. To trigger the calculation you must set your club type using one radio button, and input the numbers of seniors and/or juniors. If you are planning ahead you can select the 'predict' radio button. This will advance the 'real' month to predict what fees would be due if the payment date was actually the following month. Useful at times when we are on the verge of a new G.N.A.S. 'quartile'.
