March 31^st 2008. -
The end of the ''Logical League' has arrived and only the final scores, league postings and certificates need to be created for the past six months. First results in were from Cleadon and had the league been for another month then Alex Coggins may have moved up to Poitiers, having posted a score above the upper threshold. I fully intend running the league again later this year when days are short and the weather is cold(er). Some changes are needed as emails do appear to have got 'lost' and scores did not arrive. Some verifications needs to be in place to prevent this...... but that's for next year. I await your final scores but thank every one who participated and hope that the league proved to be a pleasant change and incentive over the indoor months?

March 20^th 2008. -
Results now available for the Indoor County Championships and the entry form for the Novice Championships due shortly. Please note the date as April 6th and not 23rd March as previously announced.

March 9^th 2008. -
The 'Logical League' tables for scores received from February are now available and we are well into the final month for this season. Tables were sorted on Bow type and total score but next month you will have all the details of every month from October. Unfortunately I was unable to come up with a method of continuing this idea outdoors but the league will be available over next winter. Congratulations go to Kath Hall (Killingworth - Barebow) who posted another score over the threshold and now moves up a division and Sharon Robinson who will move from Hastings to Evesham. I must now turn my attention to the certificate...... but not until the final scores come in at the start of April!

For 'novices' in the county, the next competition is hosted by 'Whitburn' but will be held at the 'Nissan' plant. For judges, it was announced that GNAS judges have a web site of their own and I have installed the link on the 'judges' page. For coaches please see the 'letter' link.
