Affiliation Form Type - For the affiliation form type select 'primary' if this affiliation is the first returned to GNAS at the official re-affiliation time. The 'supplimentary' selection is for those times where additional members are to be registered after the first form has been dispatched.

'Information'. - Please remember, new members affiliating AFTER May 1st in any one year will pay the fee set at AGM in that year (if applicable) but will have until October 1st in the following year before re-affiliation payment is required again.
